When booking Chaverim, here are some details.  This year we have 26 members and approximately 8 adults attending each performance. We set up and break down approximately one ton of equipment and must have access to your church for up to five hours (including the worship service or praise service).  We ask for a meal during the time we are with you.  This meal could be pot luck or soup and sandwiches or hamburgers or ... surprise us!   We do not have a set fee.  If your congregation is thinking of booking us, then we hope you take our costs into consideration when you determine your donation amount; if you are a wealthy church, we hope you can donate even more so that we can still go to churches who are unable to provide a donation.

Donations:  Chaverim is a non-profit Christian group and we do give out receipts for donations for income tax purposes. Cheques can be made out to Chaverim and sent to;
